The dew point is the temperature at which the moisture in the air becomes saturated and begins to condense. The ambient or process temperature of 100%RH is the dew point temperature. The lower the dew point temperature relative to the ambient temperature, the less likely it is that the gas dryer or gas pipeline will have condensation. In addition, the dew point temperature does not change with the gas temperature. In metal handling, plastic drying and compressed air systems, dew point has become a standard measurement parameter.
The PTH80 adopts the high molecular film humidity-sensitive capacitor imported from Europe, and special coating technology is used on the surface of the sensor, which is perfectly combined with a high-performance microprocessor, resulting in higher accuracy and better chemical resistance. The PTH80 is available with an optional stainless steel pore filter for extremely fast response times, and can withstand the erosion of moist gas; It is not contaminated by particulates, oil gas or most chemicals, and is not sensitive to sample gas flow rates.
